RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Perfyra.com, we take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our luxury fragrances. Because our products are personal and high-value, we maintain a clear return policy to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. By placing an order with Perfyra Trading, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return
To ensure the integrity of our scents, returns are only accepted if the item is in its original, unopened condition.

Unopened and Unused: The item must be in its original retail packaging with all cellophane, seals, and inserts intact.

Original Condition: The bottle must be unsprayed and show no signs of usage.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or original invoice.
Returns are accepted within 15 days if the item is unopened and unused.
This includes incorrect items, damaged products, or change of mind, provided the product remains sealed.

Damaged in Transit: The item arrived damaged. These claims must be reported to info@perfyra.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been opened, sprayed, or had their protective seals removed.

Fragrances where the customer "does not like the scent." Scent perception is subjective and varies by individual skin chemistry.

Sale items or products clearly marked as non-returnable.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Request: Email info@perfyra.com within 15 days of receipt.

Evidence: Please provide clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label.

Shipment: The item must be shipped back within 3 business days of return approval.
5. Refund Processing

Inspection: All returns are inspected upon arrival. If the item is found to be used or opened, the refund will be denied.

Online Payments: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders are issued as Store Credit to your Perfyra Wallet within 24 hours of approval.

Applicable Fees: For returns made after an order has been shipped, a AED 25 handling and courier fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
6. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order before it leaves our facility, a 2.5% transaction fee will be deducted to cover non-recoverable payment gateway charges.

After Dispatch: If delivery is refused, the refund will be subject to a AED 25 processing fee plus original shipping costs.
