RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Perfyra.com, we take pride in offering authentic luxury fragrances. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, we maintain a strict but fair return policy to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
By placing an order with Perfyra Trading, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

All cellophane wrapping, seals, and packaging inserts must remain intact

The fragrance bottle must be unsprayed and undamaged
-
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been opened, sprayed, or had their seal removed

Fragrances returned due to personal scent preference
-
Sale or clearance items
-
Items returned without prior approval
Perfyra reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please email info@perfyra.com with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email info@perfyra.com within 15 days of delivery

Provide your order number and product photos

Wait for return authorization and instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 3 business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Perfyra will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For orders already dispatched, a AED 25 handling and courier fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Refund Processing
All returned products undergo inspection upon arrival.
If the item meets the return conditions, refunds will be processed as follows:
Online Payments
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Refunds for COD orders are issued as Store Credit (Perfyra Wallet) and cannot be returned as cash.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
Orders cancelled before shipment may incur a 2.5% payment gateway transaction fee.
After Dispatch
If an order is cancelled after dispatch or delivery is refused, the refund will be subject to:
- AED 25 processing fee
- Deduction of the original shipping cost
8. Order Cancellations
For international shipments:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Any customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable

Original shipping charges are not refundable
